Study On New Production Technology And Application Performance Of Spherical Calcium Carbonate

In this paper, calcium hydroxide in the calcium carbide residue was high-efficiently turned to soluble calcium glycine solution with glycine solution ,then vaterite calcium carbonate, which white -ness were higher than 96% ,was prepared successfully by the carbonization reaction.The results of SEM and size analysis showed :reaction system、Ca²⁺ concentration、pH、CO₂ content and other conditions would effect calcium carbonate’s size and morphology. Among of them, glycine solution is the key point.Besides,Besides,research showed ultrasonic airlift reactor can reduce carbonization reaction time、inhance carbonization reaction rate、improve crystal reunion compared with bubble column reactor.Spherical calcium carbonate in the polyolefin polymer of studyed: Spherical calcium carbonate than the market PCC and GCC had a better enhance the reinforcing effect, but the toughening in the performance was not satisfactory, in-depth research needed.Spherical calcium carbonate in the paper of studyed: In the white paper, thick pine, the tensile strength of Retention and other aspects of the paper was now used by the light of calcium, GCC little difference, but in anti-Tensile strength in the smallest drop, only a low degree of sizing, to be further improved.Spherical calcium carbonate in the paint in the Applied Research showed that: spherical calcium carbonate could be partially or completely replace the existing paint pigments and packing, with more space to reduce the cost of paint, in particular by enhancing its fineness of the cover rate and tolerance wash-down performance worthy of attention.This paper work opened up a carbide high value-added use of the new ways, demonstrated the ultra-fine spheres of calcium carbonate great prospect for the ultra-fine calcium carbonate of industrialization, large-scale, high value-added use of the creation of a new technology and Engineering equipment and technology. This paper work was an important theoretical significance and value, the results of the promotion and application has tremendous social benefits, environmental benefits and economic benefits.
