The developing of electric automobile has been paid more and more attention by countries, because of the energy and environmental problems, that caused by the popularity of traditional automobile. At present, the electric vehicles have into small batch commercial production and application of the stage. The motor driving control system is the core of the electric automobile vehicle power.This paper mainly studies the Least-square algorithm identification parameter and the rotor field-oriented vector control algorithm for the induction motor, and the drive control system of the induction motor is designed.The induction motor mathematical model is derived, which on the basis of the rotor field-oriented vector control principle and the parameter least-square algorithm identifications principle of the induction motor. And the system platform is builted under the Matlab software and carried out the simulation experiments.The hardware circuit of the electric cars driving control system is designed, which mainly is including the main loop circuit, system control circuit and the auxiliary power supply circuit. And the main control chip is the DSP TMS320LF2407A of the TI Company, the circuit operation is Infineon IGBT module group, the auxiliary power module is a switched power with 9 independent outputs, and the core of the switched power is a UC3842. The hardware circuit module is builted for the IGBT dead zone time measuring and the SVPWM algorithm verification.A set of relatively complete Electric vehicle’driving control system software was designed, which Based on the above work, and the tests were performed. The DSP and super ordination machine CAN communication was realized which through the corresponding PC monitoring software.
