| In order to cope with such problems as energy depletion,air pollution,and climate warming,the development of new energy vehicles has become the future trend of the automotive industry.At present,the country has introduced many encouraging policies on the development of new energy vehicles and invested a large amount of funds.Its purpose is also to accelerate the development of new energy automobile industry.This article is a light electric vehicle controller based on 15 kW AC induction motor.AC asynchronous motors are widely used by major automobile manufacturers because of their high cost performance and reliability.Nowadays,with the rapid development of the power electronics and microelectronics industries,various high-power power devices have been used in variable frequency speed control systems.More integrated,faster,and more powerful micro-processors have made the application of many high-performance control algorithms a reality.This article choosed the STM32F103ZET6 main control chip that ST company produces is more powerful,the motor control algorithm uses the vector control algorithm that is widely used.The core idea of this algorithm is the control method of the equivalent DC motor,which controls the decoupling of the motor torque and magnetic flux.By analyzing the mathematical model of the AC asynchronous motor and the basic principle of the vector control algorithm,a hardware circuit experiment platform is designed based on this,which mainly includes the selection of the main control chip,the establishment of the main control peripheral circuit,and then the drive circuit design,including isolation.Circuits,pre-drive circuits,and half-bridge power amplifier circuits must be considered in every aspect.With the hardware platform,software programs that allow it to run perfectly are also required.The C language is used to modularize the controller hardware.Finally,all modular programs are integrated to make the program highly readable and shorten development period.The Simulink toolbox in MATLAB is used to simulate the vector control algorithm of asynchronous motor,and the classic closed-loop speed and current control method is used for simulation test.From the waveform,it can be seen that the control algorithm has better dynamic and static characteristics.It also proved the rationality of previous theories and was more persuasive.Finally,the hardware and software are debugged on the hardware experiment platform.From the feedback data and the measured waveforms,the software parameters and some component values are constantly adjusted to achieve an optimal state.The experimental results achieved the desired effect.The final simulation and experimental results all prove the reliability and feasibility of the experimental platform designed. |
