Due to the intensification of energy crisis, each country in the world is seekingthe solution for it in two ways. That is, one is to develop a new energy or userenewable energy to replace fossil fuels, and the other is to see new energy-savingtechnologies, which can use energy more efficiently for delaying the impact of energycrisis. The combination of Solar photovoltaic and architectural can be moreconvenient to get a clean energy nearby. At the same time seeking a newenergy-saving way in it is the best manifestation of a combination of developing newenergy and energy-savingThe core of the BIPV power generation technology is making the existingbuilding into a solar power plant technology by laying the solar photovoltaic array inthe building roof, exterior walls, glass surface. The technology is extended applicationof solar photovoltaic systems in buildings. It can combine with the appearance of thebuilding well, but don’t affect the beautiful and use of the building. The intelligent ofbuilding continuous improve and provide a safe, efficient, comfortable, convenientenvironment. At the same time, people improve the requirement of building energyefficiency. Relies on the power grid and modern management concepts, the intelligentpower supply system use some technology, such as measurement, effective control,network communications, energy storage and so on, to achieve the best allocation ofpower resources and achieve a purpose which is to reduce the user electricity costsand improve power supply reliability and power efficiency. In order to provide a safe,efficient, comfortable and convenient building, the level of intelligence of thebuilding is continuous improve.In this paper, we mainly focus on the history, present situation and trend ofenvelopment of photovoltaic power, intelligent buildings, and its power supplytechnology. Based on this, The paper introduces the combined application of carriercommunication technology, dual power switching technology, and intelligent powersupply technology, then, this paper presents a thorough study of solar powermanagement strategy, the control model, Set up a model of control system and I takemy college library as the example to made the system test and result analysis.Finally, through the analysis of above, the realization plan of this system wasprovided, and the design of its hardware and software were described. The controlpart of hardware was based on Atmega48 and some external device. The software was based on Electricity management strategy, with the technology to network. Altogether,this paper is to design a intelligent power supply system in photovoltaic buildingbased on carrier communication network, which combines solar photovoltaicgenerating power and power supply technology with the carrier communicationtechnology as the major carrier, and through the reasonable electricity managementstrategy.
