In recent years, oil and other conventional energy prices continued higher, with thedepletion of fossil energy, energy crisis is approaching, so the development and utilization ofrenewable energy in response to fundamentally solve the shortage of energy is of greatsignificance. By virtue of its outstanding merits, solar energy has drawn great attention inexploiting renewable energy resource, photovoltaic power generation technology has becomeexperts and scholars’ research hotspot.In order to solve the environmental problem caused by traditional photovoltaic powergeneration system which used battery to balance photovoltaic cell’s output power, and reducethe construction cost of photovoltaic power generation system, this paper designed a new typeof photovoltaic power generation system using electric energy to finish the power balanceinstead of battery. For the photovoltaic power generation system with city electricitycompensation, the operation principle, parameter design and control strategy is studied.This dissertation firstly analyzed the principle of zero current turn on-zero voltage turn offbuck converter and zero voltage switching full bridge converter to realize soft switchingdetailedly.Secondly, the structure of the new type of photovoltaic power generation system wasintroduced, the superiority of city electricity compensation method compared with thetraditional battery energy storage mode was illustrated through computation of actual cost andcomparison of photovoltaic cells utilizing rate, a photovoltaic power system power balancecontrol strategy based on the theoretical analysis was given.Then, according to the photovoltaic power generation system operation parameters andthe selection of the circuit topology, the selection of main circuit’s device, parametercalculation, the control circuit, signal conditioning circuit, driving and protection circuit andthe logic control circuit were completed; a photovoltaic monitoring system based on the DSP was constructed, variable step size quadratic interpolation control algorithm for achievingmaximum output power of photovoltaic cell in limited voltage range was researched anddesigned;Finally, simulation and experiment on designed circuit and control strategy were carriedout.
