| Seawater electro hydraulic directional valve is an important part in hydraulic supportsystem, and its characteristics impact the stability of the bracket directly. At present, thedeveloped countries have achieved significant results in the development of the shippingbrackets, which have the characteristics of high degree of automation, safety and reliability,economical and practical.As a result, it has an epoch-making significance for the developmentof Chinese marine to study the electro hydraulic directional valve which used seawater aswork media.Due to the different mechanism between seawater and oil, hydraulic components can’tapply into water hydraulic system directly. Research status of the electro hydraulic directionalvalve in domestic and overseas is analyzed in this paper. Based on the advanced technologyof electro hydraulic directional valves, research planning of seawater electro hydraulicdirectional valve that is exclusive used in marine is put forward according to Chinese nationalconditions. Through the analysis for particularities of the working environment and seawatermechanism, the problems of leaks and wear are solved at a certain degree by using newmaterials and seal form. Foundation is provided in this way. The valve core structure stylewhich used ball valve as pilot and used cone valve as main valve is feasible, according thecontrastive analysis for a varieties of structure forms. Movement process of pilot and mainvalves are researched based on the foundation. Dynamic mathematical models are establishedfor the opening and closing of the pilot and main valves, and are simulated and analyzedusing the software of Matlab\Simulink. Rationality are tested by the result of simulation. 2Dstatic model for electromagnets structure used in seawater electro hydraulic directional valveis established, according to the working condition. The relationship between electromagneticattraction and the structure parameters of electromagnetic yoke, armature, pedestal and thecoil. Theoretical basis for saving materials, decreasing in size, reducing power consumption isprovided by the analysis results. And the foundation of miniaturization for the seawaterelectro hydraulic directional valve is established. |
