As the rapid development of steel structure, steel structure system is developing towardsmore and more new and complex. These structures are bound to challenge the constructionmethods. The traditional construction method does not meet the requirements of construction,and various types of mechanized construction of high efficiency construction process cameinto being. All types of construction techniques to produce the inevitable constructionmechanics to bring new issues, and new construction technology in the construction processmust be different from the mechanical state of the previous construction process, mechanicalcalculations in the traditional construction process will not be able to meet the needs of theconstruction process, so for the new construction methods to optimize the design andmechanics research has practical significance.Based on the overall lifting of a hangar roof truss structure as the actual background, thispaper firstly uses a variety of construction methods to optimize and contrast to the actualsituation of the project and winding the ball as a hanging point last quarter ball as a hangingpoint up and down the string ball as a hanging point three kinds of the comparison of theprogram to select reasonable lifting point; Last, selecting the most appropriate optimized bythe above three forms of select more suitable for the lifting of this project.Though determining the basic structure of the above design lifting crane, and wind cablerope of three structural forms, of which application of truss tower crane in which the twostructural forms more mature, but the wind cable rope stress analysis of its lifting processsimulation problems. Though the analysis of different wind cable-for rope simulation, thisarticle answered the different simulation method and gives the answer.Network structure used software ANSYS as a whole to carry model stress analysis andanalyzed9uneven improve working conditions on the grid in the overall upgrade process.View the non-uniform conditions on the overall structure of the impact and a variety ofconditions compared to extract more dangerous working conditions.In addition, Network structure used software ANSYS as a whole to carry model stressanalysis, lifting completed on the grid after the withdrawal of the crane on the entire networkstructure affect the stress analysis. Through the above analysis so that people understand thelifting process late in the network structure as a whole, the internal forces in the truss rods toprovide the necessary data for the future of such construction.
