With the increasing level of economic progress and the rapid development of science andtechnology, space grid structure gradually goes into large-span and high field in recent decades,while it is widely used in transportation hubs, convention centers, stadiums and industrialplants, such as a series of functional building. This opportunity allows various types of steelconstruction method showing a fast development trend, and the development of integrallifting technology is particularly prominent. The research of computer-controlledhydraulic jack integral lifting technology solves many problems of steel space structureconstruction. Meanwhile, it has important theoretical value and engineering practicalsignificance to the installation of large steel structure.Based on the construction of a steel roof project of large space truss structure with integrallifting technology, the paper emphatically solved the key technical problems of integrallifting technology. At the same time, the author promoted lifting unit division, determined thescheme of lifting points, and calculated the bearing of steel wire and lifting force. Combinedwith the requirements of the actual building structure and construction site, the lifting frameand the reinforcement of the under anchor in the form of “truss joist” were designed, whichensured the stability of the main structure in lifting process. There were five steps to completethe installation of the wall-column grid in the form of an inverse construction approach.Besides, the system and principle of hydraulic integral lifting technology were presented.Furthermore, in order to strengthen the synchronization of structures in lifting process, thesynchronization lifting strategies were researched on “lifting by grading load, hanging pointhydraulic balancing, displacement synchronization control, reaching place by grading unload”,which provided a theoretical basis for the actual construction of the project.The entire space grid structure had huge size and kinds of node forms. Consideringthe structure security during the construction, the five construction phases were simulatedrespectively with finite element analysis software SAP2000based on the gradual modeling analysis. The member stress ratio, axial force and nodal displacement in the gravity and windload combination were mainly calculated. Meanwhile, it was also researched that the trends ofaxial force changing and main body deformation, to analyze the main control points by largedisplacement and risk rods with great force. Through the static analysis of structure andintegration of the data, a series of recommendations to optimize and improve the constructionprogram were put forward combined with on-site construction conditions, the actual conditionof the mechanical equipment and construction schedules.Above all, practical application of hydraulic integral lifting technology and finite elementsimulation of construction process can provide reference for similar projects.
