| Gas-liquid two-phase flow is a common mobility pattern in industry as well as in nature and our daily lives, and wet gas is a special form of gas-liquid two-phase flow. Gas-liquid two-phase flow has been studied based on the measurement of the flow parameters, accurate detection of the parameters of two-phase flow has practical significance in a number of areas such as the oil, gas, energy and chemical industries.In this paper, a new type of flowmeter of inside and outside tube and differential pressure for wet gas measurement was proposed based on the analysis of existing differential pressure flow meter both at home and abroad. The main work are as follows:The new flowmeter of inside and outside tube and differential pressure was optimization using the CFD software. In accordance with the provisions of the GB/TISO5167all the four types of throttle ratio of the flowmeter were simulated and analysed, and conclusion was drawn from the analysis that when the throttle ratio equals to0.6the effective signal obtained by the new flowmeter was the max as well as the additional pressure loss due to the installation of the flowmeter was the smallest. Finally, the prototype of the new differential pressure flow meter came into being with the work of machining technology.With numerical simulation analysis of the existing inner cone differential pressure flowmeter and a new differential pressure flow of inside and outside the tube, we know that in the same simulation condition the pressure loss for the new differential pressure flowmeter of inside and outside tube is only25%of the cone flowmeter. This means that when the fluid is in the pipeline the additional loss of kinetic energy is greatly reduced, and a lot of energy and cost was saved.The holdup of liquid, Froude number and the pressure to the prototype inflated were studied by means of experiment on the prototype of differential pressure flowmeter of the inside and outside tube under low pressure conditions. At the same time, many kinds of classic unrealistically high models such as the Chisholm model, Murdock model, Lin Zonghu model, Bizon model, De Leeuw model and Steven model were used for the forecast of the flow type and by comparing the Chisholm model has better prediction effect.By experiment, the new inside and outside the tube inflated prediction model is based on the Chisholm model. Finally, through the data analysis, the internal and external differential pressure flowmeter inflated prediction model was established. In this model, the average error of the signal obtained in the same section of the differential was3.96%, the root mean square error of4.84%; the average error along the direction of the level of flow to pressure differential pressure was1.13%, the root mean square error of1.28%. |
