Along with the people understanding of continuous improvement in the gas meteringmanagement of metering and billing,the traditional volume measurement can not meet therequirements.The traditional flowmeter is easily affected by gas pressure and temperatureeffects and it can not reflect the natural gas composition changes. In addition The small flowmeasurement does not come out,and exist the saturation problems for larger flowmeasurement. The measurement instability affect the accuracy of the measurement Seriously.Thermal mass flow meter can measure the calorific value of the gas.it can measure atwide range and be fast response and, especially it has high precision at the measurement ofthe small flow.Which can compensate for the loss of gas management sector,and it has broadapplication prospects, At the same time for the industrial use, it can be suitable for theapplication of the chemical industry because of the fast response characteristics, low flowmeasurement and high accuracy. At the same time for the industrial use, it can be suitable forthe application of the chemical industry because of the fast response characteristics, low flowmeasurement and high accuracy.Flowmeter sensor system performance impact is essential on the flow meter, In order toimprove the sensor performance,we use MEMS technology to produce the gas mass flowsensor, In-depth study of the gas mass flow sensor system, we design the measurement circuitof constant temperature difference method, The thermal Mass Flow meter we designed is anintelligent measuring instrument,which can measure gas volume and flow, It has theadvantages of fast response, wide flow range, small size, low cost, batch preparation.The project refer to the introduction of national standards in flow regulator and flowstraightening, The flow regulator we designed is easy to manufacture.This topic used fluentfluid simulation technology to simulate fluid flow in the pipeline and validated in Labview, Toobserve the results of simulation and experimental,we can see that the flow regulator has goodrectifier effect and it can provide a basis for the best placed of the sensor location in the pipeline, Finally we made a prototype to verify the performance of the device and assess theuncertainty.
