Electromagnetic flowmeter is a widely used in chemical industry, agriculture, oil, environmental protection and other areas of measurement conductive liquid flowmeters. At present, research on electromagnetic flowmeter Reliability mainly based on FMECA, FAT and Weibull++software simulation and so on. These traditional methods of analysis are based on clear that the concept of product fault data obtained as a foundation. But, often these large amounts of basic data are not exactly. For years now, a lot of foreign and domestic of companies and research department have done a lot of work in traditional reliability. But, haven’t a relatively better solution for with fuzzy and gray product reliability problems at present. The purpose of this research is solving the grey reliability problems of electromagnetic flowmeter by the establishment of grey model. Find an effective research method that improves product reliability analysis efficiency.First, the paper mainly aims at electromagnetic flowmeter of reliability prediction problems and put forward reliability prediction method based on the grey system theory. According to data of electromagnetic flowmeter determining the grey prediction types and establishing GM (1,1) model. At last, to find out the predictive value and rendering prediction curves in the MATLAB. To solve some difficult problems of cannot undertake reliability prediction that precision of poor traditional reliability prediction method and small and irregular reliability prediction data. Finally, find out the advantages of grey reliability.Secondly, after obtaining the electromagnetic flowmeter failure distribution types of basis and establishing gray correlation analysis model. Based on the grey relational model to establish correlation coefficient and the final degree and find out each failure mode of correlation order. At last, determine the distribution of each fault mode by relational sequence. With for references to electromagnetic flowmeter design, production, production and so on. The paper based on grey reliability combined with grey system theory of prediction, correlation analysis, modeling and MATLAB and the application of the traditional reliability analysis and so on. Will the GM (1,1) model and the grey relational model is introduced into the reliability theory research that improve the reliability of data processing ability. Further improved the reliability analysis of its application in practice and provides a feasible and convenient reliability analysis method.
