The supercavitation weapons by the extensive attention of the world, with thedeepening of the supercavitation weapons research the supercavitation weapons,mobility is becoming the the supercavitation weapon one of the hot, the current German"barracuda"the anti-torpedo torpedo is the only known well to achieve mobilitysupercavitation weapons. This paper focuses on maneuvering supercavitating bodies,using the commercial software FLUENT embedded in the self programming, numericalsimulation of fluid dynamic characteristics of conical cavitation the voyage body ofresearch work are as follows:(1) Based on the homogeneous multiphase flow modle, using RNG k-ε turbulentand Mixture cavitation modle to analyze the hydrodynamics characteristics and bubbleform in different cavitation numbers of three dimensional conical cavitator. The changelaws of buble form and drag characters of different angle conical cavitator wereobtained, and then the result were compared with empirical formulae, verify thefeasibility of the algorithm, a follow-up to the calculation and simulation.(2) Dynamic mesh technology was used in the variable attack angle of threedimensional conical cavitator numerical unsteady simulation, the changes laws of thevariable attack angle of hydrodynamics characteristics and the bubble form wereabtained.(3) A numerical simulation is used to discuss the unsteady hydrodynamicscharacteristics of conical vehicle in nature cavitation, the dynamic-mesh technology wasused in the deflection process which were both in the horizontal and vertical planes, thechange laws of drag and torque, the lateral force and torque, the pitch force andtorque.were abtained. The effect of the different tail structure to the hydrodynamicswere discussed.
