| With the rapid development of China’s economy and fast improvement of thepeople’s living condition, the demand for domestic hot water to urban and ruralresidents gradually formed an enormous market. ASHP water heater system, beingenergy saving, environment friendly and “load shifting†in electricity price ladder, willcapture domestic hot water consumer market and will have a broad development space.In this paper, a more detailed and in-depth theory research has done on theoperation characteristic of ASHP water heater system in different conditions. Firstly,the thermodynamic analysis on each component of the theoretical ASHP cycle isestablished, and the effects of some factors on the performance of ASHP’s cycle arediscussed. The subcooling degree, superheat degree, pressure loss and non-condensable gas play important role on the COP of ASHP, compressor power. Themeasures are proposed to improve the practiced working condition and EER for theASHP water heater system.Based on the theoretical analysis, the experiment research is conducted onoptimization of the ASHP water heater. Varying the water capacity, the operationparameters, temperature and pressure of suction and exhaust, compressor power andCOP of the ASHP water heater are achieved. The results show that optimization matchis300L tank capacity and2.5hp scroll compressor.The influence of an liquid-vapor separator is also studied on the performance ofASHP water heater system. The results demonstrated that gas-liquid separator caninhibit the compressor suction and exhaust temperature, therefore the impact of liquid-vapor separator on the unit performance should be reasonably considered in thestudy of ASHP water heater system. Change the evaporation area with one module andtwo modules, the experiment shows that one module evaporator is suitable in transitionseason. The matching relationship between fan volume and ASHP water heater systemare further studied by the adjustment of fan speed. According to experimental data, lowwind speed in summer is suitable to the ASHP and shows energy saving effect. |
