Design Of Full Automatic Unattended Loading&Unloading Control System For Port Coal

Currently, the large equipment used on port automation handling mainly rely onforeign imports. Recent years, the equipment made in our country has made considerableprogress, but there are still a lot of shortcomings. This research aims to utilize PLCcontrol technology for unmanned coal handling.In this paper, PLC used in automatic coal handling system in the port made athorough study, focuses on the case where people do not have to attend to control it, andhow to use PLC and PC to control the automatic coal handling.First of all, analyse the work flow and the control method of automatic loading andunloading, and then select the best plan on the basis of the control scheme andRealization method;Secondly, in-depth study of the control strategy and the control process of automaticloading and unloading system of the large port machine, In the way to load material,according to the requirements of the project and site conditions and characteristics of thePLC itself, we can work out a series of way to load the material. In the subject, it involedin-depth study of this topic for more details of material load plan, not only in theory tostudy each scheme,what more important is to verify the advantages and disadvantages ofeach scheme and efficiency in practical work, integrated a variety of factors, and selectthe best scheme,Then, work out the control system based on PLC, connected to each peripheraldevices, and compiled the control software which is suitable to field operations.Finally, debug on the systematic adjustment, especially for cooperative with the hostcomputer, The instruction which PLC is required to complete the project sent by thecomputer, the computer work through a series of operations and analysis, and eventuallysend the instruction to the PLC via transmission cable, PLC receives commands fromhost computer, and then process the instruction, eventually the system is workingproperly, is expected to reach the goal.
