With the global energy shortage,environmental pollution intensified,many countries in the world develop clean energy.Nuclear power has obtained a good development opportunity in recent years because of its low consumption of resources,less environmental impact,strong supply capacity and so on.The development strategy of nuclear power has changed from "moderate development" to "positive development" in our country.In order to cover the nuclear fuel pellets,thin-walled claddings are widely used as key components in the manufacture process of nuclear fuel assembly.Thin-walled cladding surface defects will directly affect the nuclear fuel assembly nuclear leakage probability in the reactor.In view of thin-walled cladding defect detection,CNNFC independently developed a thin-walled cladding ultrasonic testing system which is mainly composed by detection host,automatic loading and unloading device and other components.In order to achieve continuous loading and unloading claddings to the detection host,reduce the dependence on the operator and improve the detection efficiency,the ultrasonic detection system automatic loading and unloading device are developed.For the thin-walled claddings with three different diameter specifications of ?15.4,?15.7 and ?22.1,in order to achieve batch loading operation for the detection system,and ensure the thin wall cladding waterproof seal after entering the detection host,the loading device is designed to detect spindle automatic load.The main work includes the loading frame,automatic reclaiming mechanism,automatic plug device and automatic cladding feeding mechanism design.In order to achieve separation of the plug,automatic clamping of the plug,the distinction between qualified and unqualified thin-walled claddings and storage of the batch claddings after detection,the automatic unloading device is designed.The main work includes automatic unplug device,unloading mechanism and the unloading shelf design.For automatic loading and unloading device,the pneumatic schematic diagram,sensor monitoring are designed to achieve orderly action of components,real-time monitoring abnormal situation of loading and unloading process.thin-walled cladding ultrasonic detection system automatic loading and unloading device is integrated debugging with detection host after the installation of device is complete.The loading and unloading device can load and unload claddings to the detect host automatically,meet detection efficiency demand of detect host and achieve automatic plug and unplug of thin-walled cladding end.The system can batch loading and get rid of the real-time dependence on the operator.
