As a research hotspot in recent years, such as previous researches on functionalcement-based composite materials and cement materials hysteresis loops cement-basedfunctional composites significantly broadens the cement-based materials in modernengineering applications. Ferromagnetism concrete composites is based on cement andreduced iron powder as the main raw material, then which mixed with admixtures, finallyis made by compaction and cooling. It analyzed magnetic energy and physicalperformance combined with the test data processing preliminary. Then, by transformerratio error application analysis and the use of gray system theory, economic analysis andother research methods, Ferromagnetism concrete composites is studied about magneticproperties of concrete composites and application and popularization of the feasibility andvalue in transformer. Meanwhile, it gets the following findings.Firstly, the ideal output voltages empirical relationship were analyzed between thedifferent core material of the transformer. Meanwhile, based on preliminary analysis oftest data, indicating ferromagnetism concrete composite materials are easily permeabilityof the paramagnetic material, and cement particles have improved the magnetic propertiesand play a role in promoting to maintaining a stable output voltage. During the test run,the material composition of the core changed doesn’t affect transformer working,reflecting the feasibility of ferromagnetism concrete composite insteading of silicon (Si)steel sheet. Then, the application of the transformer ratio error analysis gets differencerange of empirical coefficients between ferromagnetism concrete composite and standardsabout the transformer output voltage nameplate. Eventually, analysis in comparing theprice factor to show the price advantage of concrete composite ferromagnetism, andcombined with gray comprehensive correlation analysis and the fitting results, obtains thebest ratio and the best percentage of the alternative about ferromagnetism concretecomposite materials as part of an alternative to core, under the premise of meeting thetransformers best working conditions and economic benefits maximized.
