The Jingji financial centre square of Shenzhen is a key project of the city, as the coreof it, the Caiwuwei financial center will as tall as439m, in order to ensure the progressand quality of it, the concrete part of the program is based on the high strengthself-compacting concrete, and the C80self-compacting concrete applied from-5to46floor, C70self-compacting applied from47to61floor, and the rest was C60.Based on the local conditions, in the preparation process of high strengthself-compacting concrete, we chose the best materials. Upon this, for the low segregationand high mobility of the SCC, the technical measures for the project to make a mixeddesign of the high strength self-compacting concrete is to mix the fly ash, the mineralpowder and the poly carboxylate admixtures together. First, we calculated the mixtureratio of the high strength self-compacting concrete, got a theoretical mixture ratio of it.And then, through the analysis of the laboratory experiment, we have studied theworkability, segregation resistance, filling of the concrete, and finally, based on the initialpreparation requirements, we conformed the final ratio. In the analysis, we had also didsome research on the effect of the materials change on the concrete to Provides the reliablebasis for the construction of the raw materials weighing accuracy.Based on the above concrete mixture ratio design, we make it successfully in theconstruction site, and put it in the program by pump roundly. The same time, we have gota satisfying result of the quality of the program for a strict conservation measures and asignificantly social and economic benefits.
