Along with the rapid development of society, the growing scale of the project and the increasing type of the project, concrete has been the dominant material in the engineering field, the requirement of concrete is higher and higher. Currently in developed countries, the expenses on maintenance and repair of existing building has accounted for more than 40% of the totally investment. The main reason is the shortcomings of traditional concrete. In order to solve the shortcomings of traditional concrete, people has developed a lot of new type of concrete:self-compacting concrete, high-strength concrete, fiber reinforced concrete and so on. And traditional concrete has gradually been replaced by high-performance concrete. According to the requirements of the specification in this paper, through mixture ratio design and trial, successfully formulate high-strength self-compacting concrete of meeting various performance. By adjusting the dosage of superplasticizer on the same mixture ratio design, successfully formulate basalt fiber and polypropylene fiber high-strength self-compacting concrete of meeting the working performance and strength requirements. It carries on some experimental study including workability, mechanical properties, shrinkage performance and other aspects. And to analyses the effects of fibers on self-compacting concrete performance. It mainly include the follow contents:(1) In order to explore the impact of fibers how to influence on the performance of high-strength self-compacting concrete, by changing the amount of superplasticizer based on the existing mix ratio design, successfully formulate the fiber high-strength self-compacting concrete of meeting various performance. It refers to the domestic and foreign regulations specified in the performance test. The results showed that the fiber reduces performance of high-strength self-compacting concrete, but fiber high-strength self-compacting concrete have the performance of slump within 2h.(2) It carries on the mechanics performance test on the fiber high-strength self-compacting concrete, including compressive strength, splitting tensile strength and tensile strength. Comparative analysis of fibers how to influence on the mechanical performance of high-strength self-compacting concrete. The results showed that single-doped basalt fiber can significantly improve the mechanical properties of high strength self-compacting concrete, polypropylene fibers to improve the contrast effect is not obvious. Polypropylene fibers is ineffective on improve the mechanical properties of high strength self-compacting concrete(3) This test uses CABR-NES-type non-contact concrete shrinkage meter to test early shrinkage deformation of different dosage of fiber high-strength self-compacting concrete. Tests showed that basalt and polypropylene fiber can inhibit the early shrinkage of high-strength self-compacting concrete to some extent. Reducing shrinkage of the high-strength self-concreting concrete is different between basalt fiber and polypropylene fiber. But generally have experienced three stages : mild swelling- rapid contraction- steady growth.And basalt fiber is better than polypropylene fiber.
