The active power optimation of power system is based on the adjustment of activepower current to achieve the optimation of some target value,while the reactive poweroptimation is based on the adjustment of reactive power current to realize the optimizationof the corresponding target value. These two kinds of optimization both has importantsignificance for the optimal operation of power grid, but also has the one-sidedness.In thispaper, the dynamic active power optimal dispatch, the dynamic reactive power optimaldispatch, and the dynamic active/reactive power integrated optimal dispatch are conclued.The main contents are as follows:The tide calculation of power systems which contain wind farms is given. In thehanding of the wind farm, taking the relationgship between the absorption of reactivepower and both the active power and the votage of the single wind motor intoconsideration. And meter the influence of the wake effect and the wind farm layout for theentire wind farm output power. The basic particle swarm algorithm was improved, and aparticle swarm optimation algorithm for dynamic optimation problem is given.In active optimization,dynamic economic dispatch for power system is done.Thenadopting the method of fuzzy processing to establish the multi-objective of energyconservation and environment protection fuzzy model of of the power system whichcontain wind farms, and proccessing the wind farm outout power with fuzzy method.Aiming at the difficulty of processing fuzzy problem in multi-objective model, putforward step by step procesing strategy to multi-objective fuzzy model. Adopting themethod of solving the Pareto optimal solution to solve the multi-objective optimizationproblem, do the dynamic active power optimal dispatch for the power system whichcontain wind farms, and simulate to verification.Due to the discrete variable is contained in reactive power optimization model, thispaper adopt the particle swarm optimation aimed at the optimization problem whichcontain discrete variable to solve it. Relative to the static reactive power optimizationproblem, the difficulty of the dynamic reactive power optimizition problem lies in theprocessing of the constraint of the control equipment’s switching number. Aiming at this problem, adopting the method of dynamic adjustment to control equipment’s actiontime,and then do the do the dynamic reactive power optimal dispatch for the power systemwhich contain wind farms, and simulate to verification.For the one-sidedness of doing the active power optimization or the reactive poweroptimization independently, put forward the active/reactive power comprehensiveoptimization method. Establishimg the multi-objective model of active/reactive poweroptimization for power system which contain wind farms, and giving the solve methed ofthe model, and then simulating to verification.
