The bochemical analyzer is a necessary and important detecting instrument inclinical laboratory. It determines various biochemical indicators of the human body bytesting blood or body fluids for doctors to diagnose a patient’s condition and provide ascientific basis. In recent years, the portable miniature biochemical detector with fastand on-site detection and analysis becomes an important direction of research.The paper according to the demand on rapid detection of important life parametersfor the sick and wounded in battle field or wild environment,with the K+, Na+, Cl-,Tco2, GRE, Glu, Hb as the basal detecting object for biochemical indicators of thehuman body, developped the research of key technology on measure and controlsystemof the rapid micro biochemical detector, and put forward a project based onARM9S3C2410A as the kernel of the conpositive integrated control system,carried outthe technology scheme for examples of high efficiency temperature control of constantsamper room, high accurate sample sweeping of spectral scanning system,intellectualized control of man-machine conversation, high efficiency powermanagement and so on,combined internet applications,tested the primary performanceparameter experiment and clinical comparative experiments of the rapid microbiochemical detector, The experimental results prove that its primary performancebasically reaches the requirement of practical technology.The primary coverage is listed as following:①The paper analyzes the status of control technology on the miniaturebiochemical detector.According to the demand on rapid detection of important lifeparameters for the sick and wounded in battle field or wild environment, make certainthe research motive and primary research content.②Based on the collectivity configuration and work principle of the rapid microbiochemical detector,made sure the whole project of the rapid micro biochemicaldetector measure and control systemby analyzing the function needs of detector.③Based on the project that ARM9S3C2410A as the kernel of the conpositiveintegrated control system,carried out the control circuits of constant temperature samperroom system, sample sweeping of spectral scanning system, intellectualizedman-machine conversation system, cool system,high efficiency power managementsystem.Designed the programme of stepper motor control for spectral scanning system based on control principle.④completed the testting and analyzing of constant temperature control, samplesweeping, instrument cool control, man-machine conversation control for measure andcontrol systemof the rapid micro biochemical detector. Combined internet applications,tested the primary performance parameter experiment of detector, thereinto, theundulation absorbency less than0.005, the aberrance coefficient of sample absorbencyis less than1%, the linear correlative coefficient R2of absorbency is more than0.995,satisfied the demand of correlative technology. With the vital signs of glucose (Glu),(CRE), developed the clinical contrast experiment between the rapid micro biochemicaldetector and the Olympus AU2700, and the maximum relative standard deviation of Gluand CRE is5.9%, the maximum relative standard deviation of CRE is4.1%, clinicalcomparison test results show that the rapid micro biochemical detector has basicallyreached the practical needs.
