Generator is the core equipment in power system. Comprehensively measuring andcontrolling of generator’s parameters is important to the whole power system. Combinedwith the current development of chips and based on the analysis of a variety of generatorparameters measure and control systems, this article developed a new type of generatorparameter integrated acquisition system. This system can be used in many situations, canprocess the data with a high reliability and high accuracy, has a variety of communicationand output control interfaces, has a humanized display. This paper focuses on the functionof generator parameter integrated acquisition system, so it mainly includes the followingwork:Firstly, after compared with a variety of generator parameter integrated acquisitionsystems and characteristics of various chips, STM32F4series microcontroller are selectedas the core chip of this system. Referring to the reference manual of the microcontroller, thedebug circuit, the reset circuit, the measure control circuits, the fault data record circuitsand various communication circuits are designed. Among them, the measure controlcircuits mainly include analog acquisition circuits, switch state acquisition circuits, switchoutput control circuits and so on. The fault data record circuit mainly includes the circuitsof the ferroelectric memory controlled by SPI bus and FSMC (parallel bus). Thecommunication circuits mainly include the circuits of RS485, CAN and Ethernet interfaces.The USB and SD card interfaces are reserved when we distributed the microcontroller.Secondly, based on the reference manual of this microcontroller, we complete softwareprogramming of each function of the generator parameters measure control system,including the switch state acquired and switch output controlled, the exciting voltage andexciting current acquired, the stator voltage and stator current acquired, the frequencymeasured, the pc communication, the D/A output, the display programmed by LabVIEWand so on.Finally, generator parameter integrated acquisition system is tested and its acquisitionresults are amended. The test results demonstrate that each function of this system meetsthe preliminary demand and can operate stably and reliably.
