3D real-time simulation system of rocket flying plays an important role inaerospace research、education and satellite launch.3D simulation technologies to studyunder domestic platform, the studies have good theoretical and practical significance.According to the system requirements, the paper completed design of the system.Comparing the advantages and disadvantages of Open-source Graphics RenderingEngine(OGRE) and OpenSceneGraph(OSG), chosed OSG for simulation software. Itused QT the support cross-platform for the programming language. According to theprinciple of earth model visualization, the paper established a three-dimension earthwhich could support multiresolution image by establishing a pyramid layering on themass of the earth’s image using the method of quadtree. In order to achieve better imagescheduling effect, it established a viewpoint reflecting the degree of distance andtopography evaluation function. For three dimensional simulation of rocket trajectoryreal-time smoothing requires high-performance, it studied using ballistic multiplesource data weighted fusion results as the rockets true location estimates to determinewhether the deviation of each of the ballistic data and the estimation is significant, andthen identify outliers. Through improving the traditional fixed threshold algorithmwhich has poor effect of the outlier removal, the paper provided the adaptive thresholdoutliers eliminating algorithm. This paper illustrated how to set up the method of OSGformat rocket model, and studied the rendering method of the rocket flame.This paper adopted the object-oriented technology to develop the3D real-timesimulation system of rocket flying based on the CS2C NeoKylin in the aerospacemeasurement and control area for the first time. Compared with the softwares whichwere developed by Satellite Tool Kit(STK) and EV-globe simulation engine, the systemhas better real-time performance and immersion, and also has higher economic valueand military value.
