Quality Monitoring Of The Assembled Monolithic Reinforced Concrete Residence

This research aims to take the assembled monolithic reinforced concreteresidences as the object and focuses on the quality monitoring during the construction.Through comparison between domestic and foreign construction cases of theassembled monolithic reinforced concrete residences, this paper studies the qualitymonitoring of assembled monolithic reinforced concrete structure from the structuresystems, units varieties, processing crafts, construction techniques and fieldmanagement combining the current traditional methods of construction actualdevelopment situation in our country. This paper optimizes the quality monitoringprocess and establishes a quality control system that meets perfectly the developmentstatus of this region. And it also aims to guarantee the construction quality withoutany additional costs as well as to provide reference to the quality monitoring of otherassembled monolithic reinforced concrete residences.This paper is divided into six chapters. The first chapter mainly introduces thebackground and significance of this research; the second chapter mainly discussessome research results and development process in this field at home and abroad; thethird chapter introduces several structure systems of the assembled monolithicreinforced concrete residences and the precast units that are needed in the structure,and it also analyzed the advantages and disadvantages and selects the appropriatestructural system of assembled monolithic residence; the fourth chapter introduces thecraftsmanship of precast units that are needed in the structure and also controls itsquality control points; the fifth chapter is about the construction process of theassembled monolithic reinforced concrete structure and the quality control pointsduring the construction; the sixth chapter aims to establish a quality monitoringsystem which could monitor and manage constructors and managers on-site by theSDCA cycle, in order to achieve the quality monitoring towards the project; theseventh chapter is generalization of the whole paper and completes the qualitymonitoring system research of the assembled reinforced concrete residences.
