The Monolithic Precast Concrete Residential Structure Quality Control Research

The Monolithic Precast Concrete Residential Structure have been greatly developed in recent years under the impetus of the government,but at present relevant design,component production,In terms of construction installation and quality acceptance,there has not been a mature system like that of Japan and some other foreign countries,and there is no effective control over the overall project quality.The author has read a large number of related journals and papers on the prefabricated concrete structure,and found that there are few comprehensive discussions on quality control.Therefore,this paper uses literature analysis method,comparative analysis method,etc.Methods of thinking Map method and experience Summary method from the aspects of design to quality acceptance and so on,the research on engineering quality control is carried out.This paper expounds the research background,purpose,research route and technical measures of the thesis,analyzes the existing quality problems of the assembly integral concrete structure,and finds out the relevant factors that affect the quality by taking the problem as the starting point.The measures of quality control are discussed from the whole situation and the related stages,and the conclusion of this paper is finally drawn.Through the analysis and discussion,we can know that in order to ensure the construction quality of the assembled integral concrete structure to the maximum extent,we must control from the personnel,the equipment,the technical standard,the management system and so on.The design ability,attitude and responsibility of the designers are the key to ensure the quality of the design,which must be strictly controlled from all aspects of the whole construction procedure of PC buildings,with emphasis on the design and deepening of the design.High-rise shear wall PC building,foreign countries do not have too much experience,the technology in this area in our country has yet to mature in theory and practice.There is no good testing method for sleeve connection and grouting anchor connection in PC building.The most effective method is field sampling and cutting verification,but this method is not realistic.The best method to ensure quality can only be checked from grouting material,sleeve,construction procedure,etc.The more effective method needs further study.It is also a powerful grasp to grasp the quality control system of construction units,especially the strict third party inspection and favorable conditions of winning bids.
