| Pumped storage power station which has the technical superiority of peaking andvalley-filling, emergency use, frequency modulation and phase modulation has been widelyrecognized as the superiority in power grid. China is one of the countries offastest-growing-economies in Asia. With the rapid development of tertiary industries, increasingliving standards of the people and rapid popularization of household appliances such asrefrigerators, televisions, washing machines and air conditioners, the electricity consumptionincreases steadily year by year, and the difference between peak and valley of power load alsoincreases. Pumped storage power station possesses has the properties of peaking andvalley-filling. In order to ensure the run of power grid safe and stable, pumped storage powerstation has been the important tool for peaking and valley-filling of power grid. At present, theconstruction and development of pumped storage power station has already entered a stage ofhigh speed development, and economy,environmental protection and efficient use of resourceshave been important index for construction of pumped storage power station. This directly ledto the capacity increase of pumped storage power station and high speed development ofunderground pumped storage power station and Seawater pumped storage power station.Pumped storage power station construction is in rural area, in the current economic context, theconstruction of pumped storage power station has important significance for promotingeconomic development in rural areas.In this paper, status of development and construction of pumped storage power station inHuanggou of Heilongjiang province was investigated based on research results of home andabroad.This paper includes six chapters, and the main research contents and conclusion are asfollowed:Chapter one is introduction. In this part, background and significance of this study wereintroduced, and relevant references were reviewed, then theoretical basis of this study, objective,content and methods of the study were elaborated.Chapter two: First, general situation of pumped storage power station at home and abroadwas introduced, and then its management model was analyzed. It could be discovered thatmanagement model of pumped storage power station in developed countries was divided into two sorts, by analyzing management model of pumped storage power station of America, Japanand Britain. Leasing and unified accounting mode is a type which has cost accounting andhurdle rate to a certain extent. The other type is bidding, which mainly comprises capacitycompensation, power benefits and ancillary benefits. Management model of pumped storagepower station in china can be divided into3kinds of unified management, leasing andindependent mode.Chapter three: In this chapter, general situation of pumped storage power station inHuanggou of Heilongjiang province was firstly introduced, then economic and energy situationof the region were analyzed. The results showed that there is a large market space for pumpedstorage power station in northeast and Heilongjiang province power grid and it is essential tobuild pumped storage power station in Huanggou.Firstly, the construction can ease the troublein peak-shaving of Heilongjiang province power grid and increase the peak-shaving ability ofnortheast power grid, which leads to energy saving and emission reduction, optimizingallocation of resources and improving of efficiency of power grid. Furthermore, it can optimizeelectric network tide, save line investment and improve operation conditions of power grid,therefore, improve the construction of power source in Heilongjiang province.Chapter Four: Benefit of pumped storage power station in Huanggou was analyzed. Theresults showed that static benefits include capacity efficiency, environmental benefits andenergy conversion efficiency,and dynamic benefits include the peak frequency modulation,phase modulation benefits, load tracking benefits, Black start and reserve benefits. Theconstruction of pumped storage power station in Huanggou plays important roles on improvingrunning benefit of power grid, optimizing construction of power source, guarantying systemsafety, promoting local employment and development of the local economy.Chapter Five: It is concluded that there are certain characteristics for constructioncondition, building, control, protection and communication aspects of pumped storage powerstation in Huanggou by analyzing its construction characteristics. The results also showed thatconstruction of pumped storage power station in Huanggou will have an impact on Lianhuapower station and ecological environment and bring out some safety problems.Chapter six: In this chapter, conclusion was obtained and countermeasures for resolvingthe effects on Lianhua power station, ecological environment and safety.etc.were brought out. |
