On the basis of present research, this thesis has measured and analyzed thechemical and mineral composition of vanadium iron slag, and the experiments hasstudied its volume stability, hydration activity, as well as its influence on themechanical properties of concrete and crack resistance. According to the results oflaboratory and theoretical research, the anti-crack concrete has been applied andstudied in the panels of reinforcement engineering. The results prove the followingpoints:(1)The main mineral ingredients of vanadium iron slag are γ-2CaO·SiO2and asmall amount ofα-2CaO·SiO2and MgO. Its water activity index of3d,28d and60dwere respectively0.82,0.78and0.77, which means hydration activity exists but thelate strength has certain shrinkage. What’s more, the stability is qualified, andradioactive specific activity does not exceed the national standard, which indicatesvanadium iron slag can be used as the admixture of cement and concrete.(2)As admixture of cement base material, Vanadium iron slag can obviouslycompensate shrinkage and improve crack resistance. Using vanadium iron slag toreplace part of cement, can not only improve the performance of cement basematerial, but also utilize industrial solid waste more efficiently, so as to achieve thepurpose of saving resources and protecting the environment.Applied to the concretepanel, vanadium iron slag can inhibit contraction, resist cracking, and thus improvethe durability of the concrete structure.(3)According to the strength and anti-crack performance, when the dosageextent of vanadium iron slag is controlled from15%to20%, the Cement basematerial has good mechanical properties and crack resistance.(4) the application of mixing20%vanadium iron slag with10%fly ashconcrete to replace part of pure cement concrete has obtained good results in twoconcrete panels of reinforcement engineering, therefore, it can be applied to configure the anti-crack panels of concrete in the future engineering. Usingvanadium iron slag to replace part of cement, can not only improve theperformance of cement base material, but also utilize industrial solid waste moreefficiently, so as to achieve the purpose of saving resources and protecting theenvironment.
