Research On Classification And Modeling Of Manufacturing Resources In The Cooperation Model Of Shipping Industry Chain

With the trend of labor division,the competition of shipbuilding industry is no longer among individual assembly enterprises,but among industry chain.The essence of the synergy of industrial chain is the integration and synergy of resources on the chain.However,there are many kinds of manufacturing resources in the shipping industry chain,and shipbuilding resources exists in many different geographical enterprises and platforms.The different stages of ship products in the process of manufacturing and the different departments of enterprises have different demands for shipbuilding resources which leads various classification of shipbuilding.The collaboration of ship industry chain is realized by means of cloud platform which leads the classification of manufacturing resources in collaborative mode must meet the common needs of multiple subjects on the chain and let the computer understand the description of the resource service.Firstly,this article studies the resources classification of ship manufacturing,proposes the multidimensional classification method for classification of ship manufacturing resources,from the progress of industrial organization function and manufacturing resources classify multi-angle of the ship.On the basis of this classification,build the domain model of ship manufacturing resources,to achieve the semantic expression of ship manufacturing resources.Finally,based on the semantics of the ship,this article has a study of matching manufacturing resources.This article describes the relationship between shipbuilding industry concepts from the semantic level and establishes the manufacturing resource classification method,providing the theoretical support for collaborative optimization development of shipbuilding industry in our country and to further promote the relationship between the shipbuilding enterprises.
