Automatic or autonomous landing is an important direction for futuredevelopment of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV), and guiding UAV landing ofprecision approach radar is one of the main ways to achieve automatic or autonomo uslanding. In this paper,in order to achieve the target of guiding UAV autonomouslanding of precision approach radar, designs the flight control rate on the basis of theestablishment of the mathematical model of the systems, designs and achieve thesimulation system based on MATLAB platform, simulates and analyzes issue of hoppoint of guiding data, the specific content includes:First, designs the overall structure of UAV landing simulation model, and thenanalyzes each model. UAV’s six degrees of freedom model, force and momentcalculation models and so on, can directly modeling by selected Aerospace Blocksetin SIMULINK.Secondly, build the mathematical model of UAV, intensive study its motion andhandling characteristics through the mathematical model, then linearizes and groupsthe state space equations of motion of UAV according to the principle of smallperturbation linearization, lay the foundation for the control law design of UAVlanding.Subsequently, designs the landing control strategy of UAV into longitudinal andtransverse lateral according to the characteristics of motion and the requirements ofcontrol in different stages of the process of landing, On this basis, finish the design ofthe longitudinal control law, such as high degree control law, the decline trajectorytracking control law, the pitch angle stability and control loop control law, automaticleveling control law. While completing the design of course control laws, roll anglecontrol law lateral control law and so on. and simulate these control laws using of alinear lengthways and horizontal lateral movement model of UAV.Finally, builds the overall simulation system in SIMULINK, completes thesimulation of UAV landing process. According to the simulation results, analyzes thechanging characteristics of UAV motion parameters during landing.Simulates the hop point of guiding data problem of precision approachradar,analysis the influence of the hop point to the UAV landing, and gives a solution, finally, simulates this solution.
