Automotive embedded systems development used the internationally applied V shape development process, and the model-based development mode. In this process, one of the indispensible links is simulation. Good simulation software platform can pre-evaluate the effect of the project development, reduce the cost and shorten the cycles.There are lots of Commercial simulation softwares in abroad, for instance, Cruise of AVL, AMESim of LMS. However, these commercial softwares used their internal developing platform of each company, which has poor integration with our software in project development. We can built a simulation model of automotive, and achieve good effect. By selecting and reading relevant document, articles and books, getting the knowledge of Cruise and AMESim softwares,the author finished the following work:(1)Finished the simulation model framework design of electric vehicle, and built the model of its subpart;(2) Finished the data test of dynamical model, and imported the data into the simulation model;(3) Finished vehicle test, error analysis and model defects modification.This thesis mainly studied the work of setting up the EV simulation model, contrasting the model with real vehicle, applying the model in the development process. This simulation software will play an important role in the development process in system design and simulation, software function test. Through the model design in this case, the design, modeling, simulation and test in automotive embedded system development process can be combined into an integrated development mode, which will reduce the workload of developers, and improve the efficiency. For the development of project, it will help the developers to get twice the result with half the effort.
