| This project is granted by the project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China(No.50975135), Aviation Science Found (No.2011ZC52035) and Nanjing University of Aeronautics&Astronautics Base of scientific research innovation fund (No. NJ2011001).This paper is focused on the research on micro linear ultrasonic motor and application of systemintegration. The motor’s structure is designed, and its driving principle is presented. Structuraloptimization design is carried out and the driving characteristics of the prototype are studied. Themain research achievements are summarized as follows:1. Introduce the piezoelectric effect, summarize the vibration mode of piezoelectric ceramics,and point out the superiority of shear vibration mode according to the efficiency in electromechanicalenergy conversion.2. Design a linear ultrasonic motor based on shear vibration mode of piezoelectric material,present the motor’s driving principle and demonstrate the elliptic motion trajectory, manufacture theprototype and experiment with it.3. Explore the application of ultrasonic motor in the fuze, introduce the definition and functionof fuze, point out the defects of conventional fuze, and design a project of fuze based on ultrasonicmotor.4. Design a linear ultrasonic motor integrated application in fuze, present the motor’s drivingprinciple, carry out the simulation and optimization design based on the finite element method,manufacture the prototype and experiment with it. |
