| Communication system for aeroengine distributed control system has a crucial impact on theweight, cost and reliability of control system. In this paper, Time Triggered CAN (TTCAN) buscommunication protocol and IEEE-1451Smart Transducer Interface Standards were researched toimprove the deterministic real-time performance of conmmuncation system and the compatibility ofbus interface.The prototype controllers of TTCAN bus by level2were designed based on FPGA, which includesa CAN communication module, a global time synchronization system and the Avalon-MM slaveinterface connected to the NIOS-II processor. Global time synchronization algorithm was optimizedand designed. The TTCAN bus controller has good communication performance, and has relativelyhigh synchronization accuracy, by software simulation and hardware emulation.Transducer Independent Interface (TII) communication controller were designed based onIEEE-1451.2Standard. The experiments of IEEE-1451smart sensor sampling and conversion wereconducted, the experiments results show that the IEEE-1451based smart sensor system has goodcapabilities of data sample and communication and the communication interface bandwidth can meetthe needs of aeroengine distributed control systems.A distributed communication system aeroengine experimental platform was established, which isincluded the smart speed sensor, the smart metering valve and the engine fuel distributed controller. APID controller for a steady-state engine operating point was designed. Using Simulink tools to build adigital simulation platform, simulation show that system step response meet the requirements.Hardware emulation platform were builted, and hardware emulation and software simulation werecompared. The results indicate that TTCAN bus and the IEEE-1451standard can ensure deterministicdata transmission. Experiments show that the impact of communication bus to control performancecan be ignored.The topology optimization for aeroengine distributed communication bus method was developedbased on genetic algorithm. Based on this method, a redundant ring topology optimization wasconducted, which balanced the lehgth and reliability. |
