The wide application of the field bus promotes the development of the aeroengine distributed control system(DCS).In the dissertation,scheduling algorithm and topology optimization are developed on the basis of the DCS communication network.By studying the triggering mechanism,data frame format and data bit stream characteristics of FlexRay,the definition of bus utilization and the target equation of optimal problem are given.The optimal result expression of scheduling is solved by analytical method.Finally the scheduling of FlexRay is optimized with examples.The optimization problem of the hybrid topology is divided into two scientific problems.Firstly,the star topology optimization problem in the hybrid topology is described as a distance-based clustering problem.The PSO algorithm is used to optimize the position of the central node and the connection relationship of the star topology,and the length of the wire required for the star topology is selected as the objective function.A penalty function is also established to circumvent the central node from appearing in the high temperature zone.Secondly,on the basis of the optimal star topology,the bus topology optimization problem between the central nodes is abstracted into the traveling salesman problem,and the GA is used to find the optimal ring topology.Finally,the results of the two calculations are combined to obtain an optimized hybrid topology.The smart temperature sensor is designed based on TTP/C communication protocol and ZYNQ microcontroller.PT100 thermal resistor is selected as temperature measuring element,and the smart unit includes high-precision AD circuit,filter circuit and communication circuit.At the same time,the scheme of fault diagnosis based on dual-core controller are proposed for the realization of distributed control algorithm in semi-physical simulation experiments.
