| Maneuvering characteristics of aircraft on the ground directly affect the safety of the aircraftlanding and taking off.,and the nose wheel steering is a main manner of aircraft ground steering. Withthe rapid technical requiring of large aircraft in our country,research on the turning performance ofcivil aircraft in constant speed is quite necessary, which can satisfy the demand ensuring of civilaircraft with China’s independent intellectual property right, and it does contribute to the successfuldevelopment of large civil aircraft.The nose wheel steering system consists of the nose wheel steering mechanism and thehydraulic servo control system. In this paper, I will do the research on large civil aircraft of singleactuator cylinder. Firstly, based on dynamics theory, establishing the dynamic model of the wholeaircraft in LMS Virtual.lab Motion, then, the simulation study and analysis of the dynamicperformance of turning are carried on. Secondly,based on the detailed analysis of the technology inelectro-hydraulic servo control system home and abroad, the most suitable electro-hydraulic servocontrol system is selected, and MATLAB/Simulink software is applied to build the most suitablemodel of the electro-hydraulic servo control system,its functions are recognized and performance aresimulated and analyzed.At last, the MATLAB/Simulink and LMS Virtual.lab Motion are applied to build the jointsimulation model of the electro-hydraulic servo control system and the nose wheel steeringmechanism, then, with simulating and analyzing the joint simulation model under different pattern,the results show that the joint simulation model is feasible.Through simulation and analysis, aircraft ground handling characteristics is mainly studied,including the dynamic performance of hydraulic system, and the rationality and correctness of thedesign of the nose wheel steering system is verified, besides,some valuable experience in the designand conclusions are achieved,which can lay a good foundation for the further detailed design workand test verification, and it also has important significance for the design of nose wheel steeringsystem in the future. |
