Because of the complexity of aeroengine control system, a variety of simulation technologies areused in its development process,which can effectively reduce development costs and shorten thedevelopment cycle and avoid the risk of the real test system. Offline digital simulation focused on themechanism of the control scheme for authentication, and in order to assess the real-time performanceand realizability of the solutions, it is necessary to carry out research of real-time simulationexperiment.In this paper, the real-time digital simulation technology research about aeroengine control systemwas conducted on the RT-LAB platform. First, the working mechanism of RT-LAB real-timesimulation platform was studied. Then the RT-LAB external monitoring interface design techniqueswas studied on the purpose of application development, and a certain type of turboprop engine controlsystem real-time simulation monitoring software was developed based on LabVIEW. Then theaeroengine control system simulation requirements were analyzed and based on MATLAB/Simulink/Stateflow, a set of integrated controller was designed, which realizes control functions from the startof the engine to maximum power state until the entire parking process. Finally, aeroengine controlsystem designed was carried out real-time digital simulation on the RT-LAB real-time simulationplatform. After the control parameter tuning, the control performance of the controller is satisfactory.Studies have shown that, the RT-LAB real-time simulation platform has good real-timeperformance and good openness, which can satisfy the real-time simulation of aeroengine controlsystem simulation requirements.
