With rapid development of global economy, the living standard of people is increasing day byday, all of these promote the continuous and high speed development of aviation transportationindustry. After putting into service of Modern Ark60aircraft, airworthiness certification ofARJ-21-700aircraft, and manufacture of C919aircraft project, China has embarked on aself-developed and manufacture road of civil aircraft. Maintenance review board report is anairworthiness standard, and the basic foundation of writing maintenance planning documents as wellas initial aircraft maintenance plan, and maintenance intervals in this report mainly depend onperformance characteristics, failure modes as well as reliability of aircraft system internal structure.Analysis of comprehensive maintenance tasks is a difficult point based on the latest MSG-3standardand establishment of China new-developed type maintenance review board report, especially in thecase of lack of reliability data. Thus research on comprehensive maintenance task decision ofnew-developed type by similar models’ failure data is very necessary.On the one hand, domestic civil aircraft manufacturer directly use similar models data toestablish maintenance review board report of new-developed type by Case-Based Reasoning atpresent, this may cause a certain gap compared with the actual situation of new developed models. Onthe other hand, research on civil aircraft component maintenance interval mostly are the sameintervals maintenance, which doesn’t reflect the actual situation that failure rate of civil aircraftcomponent increases with service time, and the existing maintenance strategy lacks the study ofcomprehensive maintenance tasks. So the thesis presents a comprehensive maintenance tasksoptimization method based on similar model data, reliability distribution is got by failure data ofsimilar model at first, and then reliability distribution of new-developed type is gained by proportionalhazards model, finally optimal maintenance interval is obtained by establishing comprehensivemaintenance tasks optimization model.The main research contents of this thesis are as follows:(1) Distribution type determining method of failure data based on BIC. Firstly, the mainreliability index, lifetime distribution, statistical distribution types and applicable range of aircraftcomponents are elaborated. After that, the thesis put forward BIC for failure data distribution typedecision, to solve the problem of the distribution type of traditional lifetime data judgment methodmay get not only outcomes. (2) The thesis put forward reliability data of similar models for the reliability analysis ofnew-developed type on the basis of proportional hazards model. Attribute and function of regressionvariables, as well as theory of proportional hazards model are introduced, then regression variableswhich are independent and in accordance with significant test are selected with principal componentanalysis and stepwise regression method. Finally, parameter estimation method of fully-parametricmodel and semi-parametric model are given in study of regression variable function. The last instanceillustrates effectiveness of the method.(3) The comprehensive maintenance tasks optimization method based on replacement andvariable interval inspection. In allusion to comprehensive maintenance tasks of the fifth and eighthfailure categories which affect security, the thesis puts forward comprehensive maintenance strategiesbased on replacement and variable interval inspection, establishes comprehensive maintenance tasksoptimization model which aims at minimizing cost rate under the restraint of reliability or availability.
