With the continuous advance of wind power generation technique in China and the proposal of achieving the goal of carbon neutralization,it’s very important to develop wind power vigorously as a clean energy for achieving carbon neutralization.Due to the abundant offshore wind resources and the fact that offshore wind power does not occupy any land area,the wind power development has been continuously progressing to offshore wind power in recent years.However,because of the geographical particularity of the offshore wind turbines,the operation and maintenance(O&M)are interfered by various factors on sea,and the relevant maintenance work is hindered.Furthermore,it is relatively late to develop offshore wind power in China,so we are rather poor in the operation data and the operation service experience of wind turbines.Currently,the O&M strategy for offshore wind turbines mainly follows that for onshore wind turbines,which is not universally suitable for offshore wind turbines.Therefore,the research on the O&M of offshore wind turbines has engineering research value for the subsequent formulation of O&M strategies.In view of the above problems,the work of this paper is as follows:(1)This paper carries out the reliability analysis of offshore wind turbine system and components based on the reliability theory.The least square method and the maximum likelihood estimation method are the common methods to obtain the parameters in two-parameter Weibull distribution model,Based on Bayesian estimation theory,a method of obtaining the parameters is proposed in this paper.After comparing with the traditional methods,the results show that it is advantageous to use the Bayesian estimation method for two-parameter Weibull distribution model parameter estimation in the case of less data capacity.(2)Draw lessons from the existing onshore wind turbine maintenance strategies,the proportional hazards model is optimized and improved,so as to build offshore wind turbines proportional hazards model.By using Bayesian estimation and particle swarm optimization(PSO)as the methods of obtaining model parameters,the onshore wind turbine proportional hazards model can be introduced to the offshore wind turbine maintenance strategy formulation.the related curves of relevant components status and the strategy of maintenance can be obtained by model parameters which acquired from the life data of wind turbine gearbox.(3)This paper also introduces the different types of foundation and maintenance ships in offshore wind farms,and point out the influence of meteorological factors on the O&M of wind farms by analyzing the accessibility of offshore wind farms in different geographical locations.We established the prediction model of sea wind speed based on time series,formulate the O&M strategy of wind turbine with marine weather factors into consideration.Taking the pitch gearbox of wind turbine as the research object,the proposed condition maintenance strategy is verified.The above research results provide a strong technical support for the O&M of offshore wind turbines... |
