Research On Urban Green Space System Of Zhuzhou Under The "Two-oriented Society" Policy

Since the reform and opening up, the process of society and economy have made a significantprogress, and meanwhile, a serious issue about natural resource consuming comes to spot light,threads has been faced by natural environment. All institutions of society pay more attention on thoseseries problem of natural resource consuming nowadays, even government and citizen are join intothe discussion about environmental protection and slowing the deterioration of ecology, but in theprocess of implementation, a lot of press have shown up especially in second and third-tier cities, theyare lacking of found and cannot find a balance between commercial development and naturalprotection in urban. It cannot maintain high social and commercial value at the same time if theconstruction is only focusing on nature protection, even might against to the modern social value.Today,china begins to try to fing the transformation of social, economical and ecologicaldevelopment. try to rebuild the balance of those three sectors, making the development of them into aharmony system, and to found the “resource saving and environment friendly”social system.Dec.2007, state council appointment Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan city, as a city group, tobecome the pioneer of reform and transformation. Aim to create the model. This paper researched andfocused on the strategies of reform and transformation.Since2008, Zhuzhou city gain the honor of “national garden city”, it on the way to become the“national ecological garden city”. Recently, the content of researches about urban green system arepay more attention on improvement of nature and green system planning.But lacking of research, strategies and methods which how to combine the green systemplanning and the character of the city and achieve the the economical and efficient implementation.This paper take some researches of economy as reference, base on relationship among nature, societyand economy on green system planning level to deeply discussion. It focus on the implementation ofZhuzhou green system which planning under the “two-oriented society” development, highlight theconstriction of green facilities consider all level issues such as economy, earth and ecology, presentthe practical implementation strategies and safeguard mechanism to figure out the problems of recentsituation, create the net of green system and promote the healthy, harmony and sustainabledevelopment of city. At the same time, the constriction of Zhuzhou green system can be the safeguardmechanism and strategies for other similar city.
