Analysis of the concept of urban forest and the forest city, analyzese the domestic and foreign research status quo of urban forest and the forest city, Forest city development situation at home and abroad was studied and the basic requirement of zhuzhou city construction of forest city and the relevant background. Pointed out that zhuzhou city based on ecological basis and related policy advantages and deficiencies, Zhuzhou city forest construction main focus:construction healthy forests, build perfect forest ecosystems; Advocacy of ecological culture, construction of ecological civilization; Building a green home, building a harmonious environment; Green development as a whole, realize urban and rural integration; Regional differences, model imitating the nature; Into the vision, lead urban development.2.
