Electromagnetic induction heating is fast, clean, efficient, and easy to control, in recentyears,it has been rapid development and widely used in industrial production and family life.With the promotion of China’s overall kitchen concept, types of electromagnetic inductionheating products gradually increased, the electromagnetic induction technique combined withMCU control and sensor technology, now, it has been applied in the electromagnetic oven,electric cooker, dishwasher, electric kettle, water dispenser, coffee machines and other smallhousehold electrical appliances, it brings much convenience to our life.Data shows, the current annual household consumption accounted is about12%of thetotal electricity use, and this number is rising slowly. Energy saving and environmentalprotection become one of the important themes in today’s world, the contradiction betweenthe energy intensity and energy consumption growing rapidly, it has aroused high attentionand people want to work together to solve this problem. Therefore, carry out the study ofinduction cooker energy-saving control, has important theoretical significance and practicalvalue. Therefore, the study of induction cooker’s energy conservation, has importanttheoretical significance and practical value.This paper took the household induction cooker as the research object, and analyzed thecomposition, principle and temperature control of induction cooker and established themathematical model of temperature control process of induction cooker. The fuzzy control,neural network control and the principle of fuzzy neural network control has been analyzed,and fuzzy neural network control has been applied to induction cooker in the variablefrequency energy saving technology. With the aid of MATLAB/Simulink simulatio n software,PID control, fuzzy control and fuzzy neural network control has been simulated and compared,and it has been verified in theory, this paper proposed a fuzzy neural network control is betterthan other methods of control theory.Finally, with the understanding of the basic,3-D vortex theory, eddy current field hasbeen analyzed by Maxmell, the structural optimization of induction cooker has been putforward. Second, by the eddy current field analysis of different induction cooker pot body material, it is clear that the pot body material how to affect the eddy, it will affects the choiceof induction cooker pot body.
