It recommends a thinking of software designing frequency converter control.It is a hot spot of the world that the intellectualized control .It mainly uses high-speed microprocessor to dispose, restore, compare and implement a high efficienct control way .At the same time, it can enforce a rapid and effective function of protection. In my progect, the core is advanced PIC 18 serial microprocessor in control. The fashionable method of pulsewidth modulation (PWM) is applied. In order to improve equipment performance and advance efficiency, advanced digitizing pulse_width modulation chip in control is used to take the place of the HEF4752 which is a analogue control pulse_width modulation chip. In order to heighten the accuracy and reaction rate of the driver and defender, the high performance driven and protective chip IR2233 is used. The designed circuit agrees with the command of electromagnetic compatibility. U/F algorithm was adopted in control which is one of the most easiest control method and is applied in the most largest range. At the same time, non-linear voltage compensation and piecewise synchro modulating method in control were applied in U/F algorithm. At the end, the equipment performance was picked up.In the Visual C++6.0 developing environment, use series communication technology ,database technology and image technology to design data transmission ,disposal .storage and display ,in order to implement remote debugging ,remote control ,remote information management and the software has friendly man-machine conversation interface with convenient manipulation.The equipment can carry out automatic regulation, automatic check, automatic diagnosis and automatic protection. So we can see that it fulfill the command of intelligent control. |
