With the development of the urban and rural economy in the last decade, the revolution of communicationtechnology and transportation mode as the core bring the cities and villages into an open whole network, andsome Economical more developed city have already evidenced the characteristics of the "consumer society". Asdisposable income has increased, tourism become the most important role in urban consumption system, andrural tourism has been taken seriously by the government, enterprise and consumer in the recent yeas, which isthe fulcrum in the region complementary between urban and rural area “non-zero-sum” supply and demandrelationship.Based on the production of space theory, consumption culture theory and other related research at home andabroad, starting from the macro and micro aspects, this paper does the research on region tourism Time-spaceFix in Fujian province and uses Lefebvre’s trial by space to study the Hushan basin development process. In thetheory aspect, the study reviews the Neo-Marxism scholars such as Lefebvre and Harvey and the otherpost-modern consumption culture scholars like Bourdeu and Baudrillard’s main view and model, at the sametime, points out the lack of domestic research at present stage, which provides the theoretical basis for empiricalanalysis. In the macro empirical aspect, this study analyses Fujian province region Time-Space fix process in theaspects of supply and demand, and uses complex network analysis tool to measure the characteristic regiontourism consumption space, pointing out the function of tourism production and consumption’ time-space fix. Inthe micro aspect, this study uses trial by space to analysis Hushan Basin’s two periods which are locals’small-scale and step-by-step transform period and the government and developer controlling period’s spaceproducing process to explain different interest subjects’,which is locals, local government and developer,different space value orientation and space transform mode in two production of space period. And it also pointsout the impact and effects on locals’ space cognition and experience of the reality and virtual network in thesocial space.The study shows the production of space of Husha Basin is the means of region capital time-space fix. Thegovernment and developer use the rural constructors’ professional ability to formation the “airborne” space andsocial reproduction to the locals, building power and capitalization local image and cognition. Further more, thesingle identity basing on the Economic benefits as standard causes self-legalization crash during the creative destruction. The rural constructor should expand their range of tasks, looking for convention and renewal hybridmode of the individual culture under the multiple self-legalization.
