Along with the advancement of urbanization in our country, the stormwatercontrol and utilize system effectively improve the large load of the drainage andwaterlogging caused by the process of urban development. It can will stormwater intoresource in a particular situation, which alleviate the pressure of water consumption.Therefore, the stormwater control and utilize system is developing rapidly in ourcountry. But due to the lake of pertinence of current code, there are still someproblems to solve during the design of the system.The researches on the technical parametrers of urban stormwater control andutilize system in this paper as follows.Advance the technical parameters of urban stormwater control and utilize systemby the rainwater flow formula. They are runoff coefficient, recurrence interval andreservoir volume.By analyzing the influence factors of runoff coefficient, this paper puts forward away of computing the runoff coefficient of the underlying surface of the site, beforeand after exploitation, in or out of the red line. Propose the calculation method of therunoff coefficient of the urban stormwater control and utilize systems constructed inGuangzhou.Through the calculation of roof rainwater pipe drainage ability, deduce thebiggest recurrence interval in Guangzhou, under a certain recurrence interval.Introduce the fitting method is adopted to fit the precipitation frequency curve ofGuangzhou, to calculate the recurrence interval of maximum daily precipitation inGuangzhou. Using the look-up table method calculate maximum daily precipitationvalues in Guangzhou, for choosing the recurrence interval.According to the requirements in guangzhou, refer to the relevant regulation inBeijing, put forward the determination method and implementation proposals onreservoir volume, under different conditions. By calculating the reservoir volumeunder different recurrence interval and the cost of reservoir in different materials, provide reference for the selection of design parameters of urban stormwater controland utilize system.
