With global warming, heavy rainfall will occur more frequently, accompaniedby the accelerating process of urbanization, the city’s flood control and disasterprevention in urban planning and construction is very important. The city is humansettlements, human activities change the hydrographic environment of the city and itssurrounding areas, such as topography, underlying surface characteristics, water, rivers, ground water permeability, water conservancy facilities, the existing naturaldrainage system by the City drainage network instead. Roads, housing, community, infrastructure construction concrete, etc.makes the impervious surface area increasingpermeable area declining, although the construction around the city is not the placeretains its original natural state, but partially built and under construction had formedpart of a complex system of rainfall a runoff. Therefore, evaluation of the impact ofenvironmental change on urban hydrology flood process, the mechanism of urbanflooding, flood routing process simulation, forecasting flood disaster loss is a hottopic at present. In this paper, the impact of urbanization on the hydrological background, basedon the establishment of municipal sewer system model, the first summarizes currentresearch municipal sewer system model and application development, systematicexposition of the application of municipal sewer system background, concepts andclassification. Secondly, the analysis of the drainage network system configurationand technical mathematical model, which Jiangxi Province over a block north countyfor the study, the use of rainwater MIKE Urban Design software process conductedthe study area analysis, a dynamic data collection methods and classification systemhydraulic model to provide technical support for the future of urban drainage networkmodeling. Finally, the study area based practice model construction, proposed drainagenetwork modeling approach includes practical basic data collection and entry, dividedinto sub-basin catchment model parameters primaries and simulation scenario designanalysis. Simulation scenarios based on urban storm intensity formula, theapplication process line model synthesis Chicago rainfall scenarios of different returnperiods of drainage network for dynamic simulation of unsteady flow analysis. Initially established Dayu County District drainage network system model canprovide a scientific basis and reference for the overall assessment of the drainagenetwork systems and services to identify performance bottlenecks, while rainfallscenarios designed to identify the next drainage network performance "bottleneck" inaccordance with As a result, the measures proposed in the study area in the futuretransformation of the drainage network optimization: the bottleneck proper drainagepipe diameter increases, while considered by increasing permeable brick laying, andother projects to improve the proportion of green measures to reduce the blockhardened area ratio, thereby reducing the risk of rainwater in the region.
