With the surging demand for electricity in our country, the grid is overloadingincreasingly. How to monitor the state of electrical equipment effectively, carry out repair andmaintenance to ensure the security and reliability of power supply and to achieve the goal ofhigh-quality, stable power supply has become the focus of power sector. In this circumstance,the domestic and foreign enterprises have developed various condition based maintenance(CBM) system to meet the urgent needs of power supply departments, so as to monitor andmanage equipment state, to assist the electricity sector from fault maintenance, regularmaintenance, and then to push forward CBM based on the running state and healthy state ofequipment gradually.There are three aspects of shortcomings at the existing power equipment CBM system.Firstly, the variety of test data and the method of model traning are single and difficult toextend, leading to great limitations in CBM. Secondly, it’s very hard to share test data amongdifferent users because of lack of user management function. Thirdly, the GUI operation iscomplex which lead to poor user experience of the system.Focusing On The Problems above,this paper proposed an intelligent system of CBM. The syetem has good expansibility, supportuser contact management, data sharing, and multiple clients access, at the same time, thesystem has a friendly user interface.Based on the background and significance of power equipment CBM system, this paperexpatiate the historical development of power equipment CBM institutional. Then put forwardthe necessity of building equipment CBM system established in the development situation ofCBM at home and abroad, summarize the key technologies used in the system. Finally, designand implement power equipment CBM intelligent system in the case of oscillation wavemeasurement of partial discharge.The core job of this paper mainly divided into twoparts.Firstly, analyzed the functional and nonfunctional requirements of the power equipmentCBM system comprehensively, divided the system function module in to pieces, and settedforth the implement processing of system client and server on design level. Secondly,introduced the design and implement of functional module that responsible for myself. Their are the design and implement of oscillation wave measurement of partial discharge system,the development of communication application prococal between client and server based onHTTP protocol, the design and implement of the program of.Net client’s install and uninstall,the migration of system cloud platform. The CBM intelligent system designed andimplemented by this paper is able to analyze the different power equipment test data, thenconcluded the electric power equipment health status and maintenance strategy. Therefore, thesystem owns practical value to some extent in the field of power equipment fault detectionand prediction.
