Research And Application Of Reliability Improvement Measures Of Distribution Network In Xiamen

Power distribution system is the key link to ensure the quality of power supply as it isfaced with customers directly. Distribution network operation seriously affects the reliabilityof power supply, and most of power outage cases are due to distribution system, thusimproving the reliability of power distribution network is very important.This thesis first introduces the research background, research status, power distributionreliability evaluation methods and major indicators, etc.Focused on the Xiamen distributionnetwork, this thesis researches on the power distribution reliability assessment, maininfluencing factors of reliability, modeling calculation of the reliability improvementmeasures, and the cost-benefit comprehensive strategy of reliability improvement measures.Improving the power distribution reliability is of great significance, so the paper doesan in-depth study on reliability improvement measures. This thesis details various reliabilityimprovement measures, such as planning, equipment, technology and management measures.Quantitative evaluation models and investment cost analysis methods of reliabilityimprovement measures are proposed in this thesis, considering distribution networkimprovement, equipment selection, new technology and management measures.To acquire the optimization strategy of reliability improvement measures, this thesisdefines the indicator that is called “unit investment interruption hours decrease rate”, and thenrank the value of each measure. As to the final certain set of the reliability improvementmeasures, the influence on power distribution reliability after the implementation of thesemeasures, can be further evaluated and the final scale of investment can be ensured.This thesis summarizes the basic situation and the reliability actuality of Xiamendistribution network, based on the historical data of distribution network in Xiamen. Aimingat the weak link of Xiamen distribution network, this paper proposes reliability improvementmeasures and analyzes the cost-benefit calculation methods, and gives the best strategy toimprove the reliability of Xiamen distribution network. The research in this thesis provides ascientific research idea and method system for the distribution network reliability evaluationand improvement measures planning, and it plays a good role in promoting power supplyenterprise management.
