This paper studies the energy saving potential and power supply quality of the distribution network.In the field of energy saving potential of distribution network,the first thing needed to be done is to analyze the various measures to analyze the energy saving and loss of the distribution network,including optimizing reactive power compensation,adjusting the running voltage of the bus,changing the model of the conductor,shortening the power supply radius,replacing the high-energy transformer and load balancing,reducing the load fluctuation;Then through the model of the integrated reduction measures established,the assessment of the reduction potential of all reduction measures is carried out.To determine the applicable conditions of various typical reduction measures,the efficiency of each reduction measures was given,and the results of the various measures were obtained.In the aspect of power supply quality improvement,the re search is carried out from the improvement of distribution network reliability and low voltage regulation.Based on the characteristics of power supply reliability of distribution network,the analysis and calculation method(cost-benefit analysis method)and model of the system reserve capacity based on the reliability demand of power supply are constructed.The network structure and transformer are the core of the spare capacity,and in this paper,the reliability improvement measures of power supply in consideration of cost benefit are analyzed,and the harmonization of reliability improvement and cost effectiveness is realized.To define the method of assessment based on "low probability index" grid "low voltage",select "low voltage" high risk and hidden danger of "low voltage" node,and provide data support and theoretical basis for subsequent targeted control measures.At last this paper aims at reducing the loss of power distribution network and improving the quality of power supply,constructs a co mprehensive optimization model from the network structure optimization and voltage optimization adjustment of the network,and analyzes the optimized operation of the medium and low voltage distribution network.
