| Power system containing many subsystems is a typical large system, system data ofwhich relate to the generation, transmission, transformation, distribution of the power system,which are relatively and independent client-related aspects. it involves extensive data type,large quantity of data, complex data structures and has high-dimensional,statisticalproperties, and time characteristics With SCADA, EMS systems, AVC systems andreal-time information systems widely used,, It’s necessary to use data mining techniques todig deeper discovery information and rules in order to achieve security, reliability andeconomy requirements. AVC System research is currently mainly focused on the optimizationof voltage and reactive power control, and the analysis and optimization of the system is less.From the perspective of data, A lot of work have been done in load forecasting and modelingfields in the current Power Grid and AVC system research, as well as in reactive power andvoltage control algorithms, while massive voltage data are rarely studied, which accounts fora large part of the system data.Based on the analysis of voltage data exploration, we discovery voltage data have strongregularity and repetition, such as voltage time series. Given the current increasing demand forsecurity and operation of the power grid, the grid voltage operation rules and characterizationstudies seem necessary and practical significance.Therefore, this paper study the application of data mining techniques in the analysis ofthe AVC system in terms of voltage data. It proposed an idea to research the large number ofvoltage data exist on the system. We use support vector machine regression algorithm to studythe main transformer voltage operation rules via extracting main transformer voltagecharacteristic curve. On the basis of comprehensive collecting data of all the main transformervoltage data, we extracted voltage run mode and voltage characteristics of10KV gradetransformer in Guangzhou grid voltage. Further, we studies voltage operation mode on theentire main transformer of Guangzhou AVC system by take clustering technology to obtain anoverall operating characteristics and information. Through the actual data Guangzhou grid modeling analysis and exploring voltage operation rules, we enhance the understanding of thelaws governing the operation of the power grid. |
