Research On The Design Of Air Hotel Lobby Of High-rise Complex Building

Since the reform and opening up, the economic development of our country hasbeen speeding up dramatically. Especially in recent years, urban construction steps arealso accelerating in our country, which can be seen by the increasing number ofhigh-rise complex buildings in most major cities for their huge business benefits. Withthe rapid urban commercial development, hotel management companies have seizedbusiness opportunities, and invested actively in the building up of high-end hotels inhigh-rise complex buildings. However, this novel form of hotel brings difficulty indesign and operation with its potential huge business chances. Due to the difficulty inconstruction, the shortage of land and the complexity in streamline traffic, the designof its internal hotel function area is relatively complicated. The design of air hotellobby is in this context, and as the core of the function of the hotel and of the traffichub, it faces many difficulties.The research topic of this thesis is based on the previous research on the hotellobby, with the example of air hotel lobby in complex high-rise buildings, combiningwith theoretical analysis and the design manual of hotel management companies, andmainly focuses on the study of air hotel lobby in complex high-rise buildings, withanalysis and summarization of some design principles and methods.This thesis mainly studies the design of hotel lobbies in complex high-rise buildings infive chapters:The first chapter proposes the question, briefly describes the background, theresearch significance, contents, methods, and establishes the framework of theresearch;The second chapter, the third chapter and the fourth chapter introduce potentialsolutions to the question, and summarize some of the design principles and methods ofair hotel lobby through the analysis of the origin of hotel lobbies in complex high-risebuildings, streamline traffic and space design research, as the center parts of this thesis.The fifth chapter combines theory and practice, further tests the above theories and demonstrates the research results of this thesis with the study of two mainexamples: Guangzhou Four Seasons Hotel and Shenzhen Jingji100Regis Hotel.The last chapter is the conclusion of the thesis and puts forward some futureprospects.
