With the vigorous development of China’s transport undertakings, bridges as animportant transportation hub project requires a lot of construction, pre-stressed concretebridge with its significant advantages in the construction of bridge construction, has beenwidely used. In recent years, many of the bridge construction methods, the cantileverconstruction method with low construction cost, is conducive to navigation, etc., become theprestressed concrete continuous beam bridge construction preferred solution. With the bridgespan is increasing, the construction requirements are also increasing, therefore, to explore thecantilever construction method can effectively guide the construction site. Meanwhile, toensure the quality and safety of the construction process as well as the bridge meets the designrequirements of the whole construction process monitoring is critical.In this paper, refer to the basis of a lot about the cantilever construction and constructioncontrol data, combined with the Gan bridge cantilever construction projects shop forprestressed concrete continuous beam bridge cantilever construction and monitoringtechnology research. The main contents are the following three aspects:1,describes the continuous beam bridge cantilever construction technology andconstruction features pouring concrete, detailed the construction process Cradle cantilevercasting construction, prestressed beams stretching and folding segment construction andsystem conversion and other key technologies, combined with engineering examples conducta detailed analysis and demonstration, indeed the construction program.2,describes the content and methods of construction monitoring, as well as constructionof error analysis and adjustment, determined on the bridge monitoring program Gan shop.Analytical Processing formwork elevation factors, design parameters were identified andcorrected.3, the analysis of gray system theory in continuous beam bridge cantilever constructionmonitoring. Used in the monitoring process of the main beam linear system theory of grayGM (1,1) model to predict formwork segment elevation, construction monitoring results wereanalyzed and compared to conclude showed linear compliance, stress meet the designrequirements.
