P.C. continuous girder bridge is a multiple statically indeterminate structure, the ideal geometric and reasonable internal forces not only rely on bridge design but on rely on the scientific and rational construction methods.How to ensure the bridge linear and avoid the problem of the cross-section of the beam’s stress is too excessive.the best way to solve the problem is monitor the construction process of the bridge.This paper intensive study the monitoring of the construction process of the P.C.continuous girder bridge which uses cantilever casting and key construction technology, which is based on an engineering example of the project proposal of the Xuan men wan san bridge in yuhuan.This paper give a brief introduction on the development of the prestressed concrete continuous girder bridge at home and abroad, described some principles of construction monitoring and some forms of the zero block’s temporary consolidation.Prestressed concrete continuous girder bridge construction process analysis research. By using Midas Civil2012software to finite-element simulate the various construction stages. With the help of the finite element analysis and calculation results, analysis the natural frequency of bridgeã€displacement stress and review the design.And put forward the reasonable prestressing camber setting date of each construction stage.Prestressed concrete continuous girder bridge construction monitoring research.
